Approach

June has helped clients manage and relieve their symptoms with individualised treatment plans, drawing on techniques from cognitive-behaviour therapy (CBT), schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), compassion-focused therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and existential psychotherapy.


June believes in individualised treatment with the goal of improving clients’ sense of clarity, meaningfulness and authenticity in the long-term, even if it entails greater pain in the short term.
