Can I book consultations without a clinical diagnosis?

All consultations are conducted online. Session links will be provided via email after consultation booking and payment is confirmed.

How do I pay for a consultation?

Payments are accepted via PayPal, PayLah!, PayNow and bank transfer, made before each session.

What can I expect at the first consultation?

The main purpose of the first session is for us to get to know you, and for you to get to know us. The first session typically includes: a description of what to expect in your time with SUPERWELL; signing a treatment agreement; learning more about your difficulties and other relevant information; and answering questions you may have for us.

How can I prepare for consultations?

To make the most of your first session, you may find it helpful to prepare relevant information that is important in understanding your difficulties and who you are. You may also find it helpful to jot down questions for us prior to the session.

How many consultations will I need?

This depends on the nature of your difficulties and the work between sessions. Therapy and counselling may range from 10 sessions for more specific difficulties, to over several months to years for complex long-standing struggles.

What happens to the information I share during sessions?

Sessions are not recorded. Should recording be required, permission will be sought from you beforehand. Brief notes will be made during and after sessions to keep track of your progress, but no identifying information or personal details will be kept on notes.

Finally, your personal information will be kept strictly confidential, unless your safety or other legal issues are involved.

If you have other questions for us, feel free to get in touch - we'd love to hear from you!
